que pensez-vous du vaccin de la grippe?
la question à cet expert de L'OMS
et sa reponse :
The influenza vaccine is always composed of three different
influenza virus strains. The influenza virus is one of the most unstable virus
and it mutates constantly, so we can never be sure that the influenza strains
actually circulating are those in the influenza vaccine. But, in general, the
match is good and so the protection afforded is generally good. Protection
is also better in those whose immune systems are better functioning - i.e. ,
adults - but children and old people are also protected. The vaccine may
cause mild flu-like symptoms for a day or so after having received it, but other
side effects are extremely, extremely rare.
